The GOAL BALANCER helps you make choices between
Health, Energy, and the Environment !
It changes as you select points from your LEED scorecard !
  • First  you Email (or fax) us your draft LEED scorecard
    (take your best guess).  You can visit our website or email us to find a blank and start to fill it out, or we'll start with a typical file to give a balanced scorecard between health, energy and the planet.
  • Next we discuss what is important to you as we review your homes details.  We schedule a conference call and review the points selected and the impact on your home and family, balancing your goals and desires for health, energy savings and comfort, and environmental impact.  The scorecard is finalized.

  • Last, I customize the specification based on our conversations and email you a draft.  If you have any questions or changes you can markup the draft for the final.  You can now use the specifications as you work with your builder.
